Shipping & Delivery

Passions 4 You products are primarily made to order. This means your order goes through a production process before it is handed to the shipping carrier.

Production time

During normal periods, most apparel orders are produced and ready to ship within approximately 4–7 business days.

During busy seasonal periods, production may take approximately 9–12 business days.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Production times can vary based on product type, inventory availability, order volume and fulfillment location.

Shipping time

Shipping transit time begins after production is complete and is separate from the production estimates above. Delivery times vary depending on your destination, shipping method and carrier.

Once your shipping label is created, you will receive tracking information when available. Please allow approximately 12–24 hours for tracking information to begin updating after the carrier receives the package.

International orders

International delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier processing. Customs or border processing may also affect delivery times.

Address changes

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has entered production or the shipping process, we may not be able to change or redirect the address.

Returned or undeliverable packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or because it was left unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply if you would like the order resent.

Tracking

If your tracking appears delayed or you believe your package may be lost, contact us with your order number and we will help investigate.
