Made to order
Passions 4 You apparel is produced to order. Production and carrier transit are separate stages, so delivery time begins with production and continues with the carrier after your package ships.
Production timing
Most apparel orders are typically prepared for shipment in about 4–7 business days during normal periods. During high-volume seasonal periods, production may take about 9–12 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping and tracking
Shipping rates and available methods are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email used at checkout when tracking is available. After a shipping label is created, tracking can take approximately 12–24 hours to begin updating.
Carrier transit times vary by destination, shipping method and seasonal conditions and begin after production is complete.
Order changes and address corrections
Please review your size, color and shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need a change, email kjohnson@passions4you.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
Returned or undeliverable packages
If an order is returned because the shipping address was incomplete or incorrect, or because the package was unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply to send it again. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable once a package has shipped.
