ITEM(S) LOST IN SHIPPING
If a package does not show any movement on our tracking system, Passions 4 You will send out a new package at no cost to our customer.

SIZING EXCHANGE
Passions 4 you do not accept any returns due to size issues or second thoughts. Before purchase please refer to the sizing charts to confirm shirt sizes and measurements.

PRODUCT ISSUE/ DAMAGE
If there is an issue on Passions 4 you end where we sent out the wrong product, wrong size, or bad graphic, just send us a picture of the product for quality control purposes and we can offer a refund or replacement once the picture is received and the issue is deemed our fault.
Customers from the USA have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 60 days after the shipped date to submit necessary information for replacement product.

WHAT WE NEED TO MAKE A REPLACMENT ORDER:
  • Please provide your name and email.
  • Please provide your order number
  • Please provide picture of wrong/ damaged item.
  • Please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.
Once we receive this we will print a replacement product and send it right out!

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Whoops! We’ve all been there. You want to change how many shirts you are ordering, update a size or cancel the order all together. No worries; however, the window of opportunity is narrow. Do not wait! Usually in approximately Three hours’ orders are batched into our system and the production process begins. At this point there is not much we can do so to change or cancel an order swiftly send us an email on our contact page with:
  • Name and email on the order.
  • Order number.
  • The changes that need to be made
