Made to order
Passions 4 You apparel is made to order. Because each piece is produced for the order placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including ordering the wrong size or color or simply changing your mind.
Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items
If there is a quality problem with your order or you receive the wrong item, email kjohnson@passions4you.com as soon as possible. Claims should be submitted no later than 30 days from shipment for U.S. orders and 60 days from shipment for international orders.
Include your order number, the name and email used for the order, clear photos showing the problem and, when relevant, photos of the packaging and shipping label. We will review the issue and, where the claim qualifies, arrange a replacement or refund.
Wrong size or color selected
If the size or color you selected was fulfilled correctly, we generally cannot exchange or refund it for a different option because the item was made specifically for the order. Please review sizing information and your selections before checkout.
Order changes and cancellations
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after production begins.
Incorrect addresses and returned packages
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address or because it was unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply to send it again. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable once the package has shipped.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
